Car was good. I was however never notified of the car location even after calling and texting to no avail. If it weren’t for an airport employee I would not have located the vehicle.

Always great service and timely with pick up and drop off information! The car was clean and dependable. I don’t have any complaints. Ive reserved with the host multiple times and always great!

I had a lot of trepidations, 12 hours before the rental I was informed my car was unavailable and I was offered a nine year-old SUV with 160,000 miles, at the start of the trip. Our flight was early and there was a 45 minute delay, picking up the car which was delivered late, after that everything was flawless. The car turned out to be extremely well maintained very reliable and remarkably fuel efficient, honestly an upgrade compared to the car I rented. Communication throughout was excellent as was the instructions. It was a great value and I would totally use this Rental again with enthusiasm.

Great experience! The host was very responsive and helpful. We had an unexpected tire issue during our trip, and he responded immediately and took care of the situation professionally. I really appreciated how quickly he handled it. We would definitely rent from him again when we’re back in Seattle!
