Hung was very accommodating despite a family hiccup. He was attentive to us and had easy to follow instructions. Vehicle was clean plus everything we expected.

I requested a rear facing car seat and did not get a qualified car seat and had to buy my own. Car did have some dog hair from prior rides, the oil was over due, and the brakes had grinded when braking and at higher speeds. Hung was very good with communication.

Made multiple threats to me by saying went to fire department about the car seat not been safe. She wanted me to send her $140 car seat because she had to buy a new one. However, she forgot to hand over the new car seat. This is an outcry example of opportunity way to get a discount on the whole situation. This was so stressful for me. I hope no one will go thru.
