We’re sorry your trip was interrupted by an unexpected mechanical failure. Diagnostics confirmed a failed solenoid valve, which was a random component failure that couldn’t have been predicted during routine maintenance. We maintain our fleet above manufacturer recommendations and Turo requirements. We offered a replacement vehicle, but the guest chose to end the trip early. The repair was completed immediately, and the vehicle was thoroughly tested.
The car was in great shape. Very fun to drive. Pickup and drop off couldn’t be easier.
