DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PERSON!
We paid an additional amount for parking that was not disclosed to us, was told it was not his issue. Then we filled the tank up to the amount that was provided in the car when we got it and he sent us a $40 invoice for not even a 1/3 tank of gas…. Will be disputing and reaching out to turo on this. Not to mention it’s extremely inconvenient having to wait on him to lock and unlock the vehicle at the airport. Horrible experience! I’ve rented from Turo several times and have never had these issues ever!!

Erin, I’m sorry you feel that way. You were 1.5 hours late for your reservation. Parking after reservation start time is your responsibility, not mine. I unlocked the car within two minutes of you letting me know you were at the car. The gas tank was full when you pick the car up as the pictures show. I gave you the opportunity to fill the tank by messaging you when you returned the car, and you ignored my message.
It was amazing car And thank you for Mr. David. He was nice and supportive all the time.
