I am rating it 2 stars because when I received the car it was FILTHY! You can tell that the car had just got returned from a previous trip because the car was dirty inside and out. Dirt everywhere. So many bugs on the windshield and grill of the car. I had to go on my trip in someone else’s filth and that is disgusting. Also the car was very shaky, when I sat at a red light it felt like the car wanted to turn off. It was just uncomfortable not knowing if the car was going to be ok or not. I know life happens but this is a business and it just seemed unfair to pay for a car and it not meeting common standards. Other than that I made it safe back home so that’s a plus.
