Rented for a week, to use around town during some moving changes. Really appreciated the smooth process, even with this being a last minute rental. I only gave them a couple of hours in advance and the car was ready to use. The car was a little more on the “newer” side so it took some adjustments for this old lady to learn how to use. The seatbelt alarm sounds were extremely sensitive. But that’s me being nit-picky. Car was great, Process was easy. Really appreciate it again!!

I am rating it 2 stars because when I received the car it was FILTHY! You can tell that the car had just got returned from a previous trip because the car was dirty inside and out. Dirt everywhere. So many bugs on the windshield and grill of the car. I had to go on my trip in someone else’s filth and that is disgusting. Also the car was very shaky, when I sat at a red light it felt like the car wanted to turn off. It was just uncomfortable not knowing if the car was going to be ok or not. I know life happens but this is a business and it just seemed unfair to pay for a car and it not meeting common standards. Other than that I made it safe back home so that’s a plus.
