Car was fine. I had to pay a $15 parking fee for the airport garage since Dennis dropped the car off about 5.5 hrs earlier than my pick up time. He said he “we will make sure [I] am refunded by Turo” but has not responded to my inquiry about it. Slow to respond before and during rental period. Told me tank was full upon pick up but when I filled it, it had 110 more miles available than my full tank upon pick up. First time using Turo so maybe this is how it is.

Car drives nice, it’s clean. Pickup and drop off is smooth and easy. Communicating with Dennis was great. I’d definitely recommend renting from Dennis.

I had a great experience renting this Nissan Kicks! The car truly impressed me with all of its features—it was comfortable, easy to drive, and had everything I needed for my trip. It was a great vehicle overall and exceeded my expectations.
The host was also wonderful—friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental process. I would definitely recommend both the vehicle and the host and would happily rent from them again!
