Everything was as promised

When I went to pick up the car, a comment was made that I would be the first person to drive it in a while, but that it should be fine. I specifically asked if there was anything I should be concerned about and was reassured that the car would be okay.
Unfortunately, the car lost power while I was driving, leaving me stranded. I was then told it would take approximately an hour and a half for someone to come assist me. The car was required to be returned that same day.
This was an extremely frustrating and concerning experience, especially since I had asked about the vehicle's condition before leaving and was assured there would be no issues.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We replaced the battery but it turned out to be the alternator. 😩😩
However the issue was resolved very easily and everyone was happy! Neat clean car, comfortable seats and cold AC!
