The car was great, but I had thought I had booked a car at the Tucson Airport. The car location was actually a 42 minute walk or a $13.50 Lyft ride from the airport. When I realized that the car would not be located at the airport, I asked Nelse if I could cancel. It was past the cancel deadline. I called Turo, and they said she could cancel. Nelse contacted Turo, and they told her a cancellation would impact her ratings. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Fun car to drive, can hook up a smart phone easily, plenty of room for 4 people, but not all of their luggage. Nelse was very nice, but I’ve never taken a Lyft to get or return a car at the airport.

Car was excellent inside and out. Ran smoothly and all the features were really handy. Would definitely recommend this car to anyone and am considering buying one myself. The host was always available even tho there was never any issues. We will be renting again soon
