Tried to charge me a fee for something I didn’t do to the car, this was my very first rental and now they wanna charge $500 extra dollars I will not be using the services ever again

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
