The car it self ran pretty good. I had to switch vehicles, into this one because the other one needed some things fixed. The host doesnt respond for a while after looking at messages. It took almost 1 hour to switch cars I woild have canceled in a whole if I would have known.it was hot and I was irritated. The turo guys English very broken and the host English broken so they were having a hard time understanding each other on why I needed to switch cars. I RENT ALOT and lately it seems the matienence and inside of vehicles aren't up to where they use to be. I didn't like the fact the guy wanted to know where do I get my money to rent cars all the time. Then wanted to sell me a used car for 4000 down and 500 a month on a used. Car that won't be reported to credit bureau, no new vehicles or even close to it. It was a last minute rental because of another host car was kicked out and for some reason flagged as I was on the way to get car. Turo gave me a huge credit to rent within 1h, no cars on site to rent at time but this host . He seemed to be a very nice guy,but needs to make sure cars are up to par with the amount of money people pay to rent.

Easy pickup process. Host was flexible and offered us a a year newer model when our selected vehicle was in an accident prior to our trip. Definitely would use again.
