The car is very worn with the seats and steering wheel, and stains and debris in the truck. I requested delivery and pickup and they were late arriving the day of delivery- maybe overly busy and because of such the delivery driver gave no instructions.
I asked about them picking up the car and he confirmed I could choose the address, which I did in the app,
The day of pickup no one arrived at the scheduled time and the messages were slow and unhelpful. They continued to reference a set of information I was never given and just made my day that much more difficult and wearing being neurodiverse.
All this even, after I sent a request for them to pickup the car a day earlier as I didn’t need the last day. Not only did they not approve it, they never acknowledged it in any way.
I removed one star for the condition of the
car, another for the poor communication.
