There are two host on this vehicle. One was kind and understanding the other was the opposite. I had been in an accident recently and some maintenance issues made me uncomfortable driving the car. I drove from the pick up location to my home and back. Had the car less than 20hrs. And they were very rude about the situation. Just not a good experience

It is unfortunate that, simply because you didn't get the compensation you wanted, you left this kind of rating without any valid reason. You would have been better off addressing the fact that you returned the car dirty and out of gas. Lying is wrong; I definitely do not recommend renting cars to this type of customer.
The car worked amazing was really clean and the people renting too me was overly nice and helpful I dropped the car off an hour late due to traffic they just stayed in contact with me and made it really easy thank you again I will be renting this car again
