Host was very kind and responsive. Vehicle was nice and was a fun drive! Would rent from them again!

The car was great at first. We drove 4 hours from home before it broke down and when I reached out to the host he asked a couple questions and then never responded again. The car was unsafe to drive at the point and the host did nothing to even attempt to make it right or help me not be stranded. Turo customer service took care of it… not the host.

It needs a sunshade you can put up in the summer. Seat covers would be nice. Hot when you sit on black seats when temp 105 outside
