We had a great experience with this vehicle! The host was very thoughtful, responsive, and attentive in preparing the car for my family ensuring the car seats were installed in the proper locations. Having water bottles stocked was such a nice touch, and the amount was perfect for our family so we didn’t have to make extra stops.
The car itself was very spacious, which made a big difference for us traveling with kids. We were able to comfortably change them into their snow gear right in the back seats, which was super convenient.
Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The vehicle drove smoothly and handled mountain roads really well. I especially appreciated how steady and reliable the braking felt on the downhill drives, it gave us a lot of confidence and made the trip much more comfortable.
Pickup and overall communication were easy and straightforward. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend to anyone traveling in the Tahoe/Truckee area!

Car was at the train station as arranged, clean, well stocked with cords, wet wipes, water. Good ride. Celeste was a responsive host. We left a small item in the car and she offered to ship it back.
We’d rent from her again!
