Great experience with Lads and Milan. These people are ON POINT, attentive and keep their vehicle in good running shape. My rental was flawless and I couldn't be happier! Truly great experience with Lads.

The car stalled on me twice. One time on the highway, another time on a major road during rush hour. The host was unresponsive to phone calls and provided poor communication throughout the vehicle exchange process. Eventually, the police towed the vehicle to impound, and I lost a day of my rental period while waiting for the host to resolve the situation. I hope others have a better experience with this vehicle and host.

Host messaged me saying that they just got the car, after I reached out to them saying the radio only worked on AM radio. The transmission also needs to be checked out. The 1 star is more so because the car was dropped off over 1 hr in advance but I was charged a late drop off fee. Communication with both trying to extend and handle the fee had to be done through Turo support because they stopped replying to messages timely and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I’ve rented from the host before but it seems like they’re more careless when it comes to communication to handle issues. Unfortunately, not the best experience at all.
