I rented two Cadillac Escalades from this company through Turo. We returned both vehicles early and made every effort to leave them spotless. Only the drivers were inside the vehicles, and they were not used for parties or anything that would have caused excessive cleaning.
While driving on the highway, we encountered what appeared to be spilled paint on the road that could not be safely avoided. A few spots ended up on one vehicle, but they appeared removable with a basic pressure wash. Despite this, we were charged a $155 cleaning fee.
What disappointed me most was the lack of respectful communication or any genuine effort to resolve the issue. I reached out to explain the situation and offered to have the vehicle pressure-washed, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or addressed fairly.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting from this company.

This exact guest was happy about the trip and loved the car until his wife with the other Escalade was charged for the way she used my car. The car had use all throughout and seemed like it was chauffeured as the passenger seat was all the way up. He wasn’t even charged it was his wife on a whole different car and it was due to the fact the entire floor was covered in residue along with paint all over the paint and wheel wells. Hope that clears it up
Exceptional overall experience. Great communication from host, pick up and drop off was flawless, and vehicle is outstanding. Very impressed and will definitely be using again!
