Don and Julie were fantastic! They were very quick to respond to all communication, and very helpful. The car pickup was perfect and convenient. We did have a problem with the headlights on the vehicle, but let's be honest... life is not perfect and things happen. To me it is not about things going perfectly, it is about how people respond when they do not, and Don and Julie were on top of it. They went out of their way to offer a solution for us, and at our convenience. They were willing to go out of their way to make sure we got it taken care of, and we truly appreciated it. We could not have asked for a better host and cohost to our car rental. If we go back to Traverse City, we would rent from them again.
