Smooth ride, was perfect for commute around the town! Only thing is the drivers seat belt is hard to push in but still worked out! Thank you so much

The car itself was great, and drove well with great mileage though the tires are noticeably worn and will need replacing soon and was a bit of a concern during the trip.
Unfortunately, what made this a bad experience and the reason for the 2 stars was the hosting experience was incredibly frustrating. When my flights were unexpectedly delayed and rerouted, the host was dismissive, uncommunicative, and offered zero help, support, or empathy. Not even assisting in how parts of the app works. At check-in, the car was already sitting ready with the keys in the lockbox, but he rigidly refused to let me pick it up an hour or so early unless I paid extra.
I met him briefly at drop-off and he seemed young and inexperienced with customer service. The car is fine, but do not expect any flexibility, communication, or basic hospitality from this host.

I’m sorry you felt this way, but your review leaves out an important detail. I cannot release a vehicle before the scheduled trip start time or accept an early return outside the reservation simply upon request, as the trip timing affects insurance and the reservation itself. The vehicle was ready exactly as booked. I followed the reservation terms and Turo’s process, and refusing an unauthorized early pickup should not be characterized as poor service.
The car was very clean. Pick and drop off was a lot easier than I expected. And this car is AMAZING on gas!!!
