i reserved the vehicle and then due to a change in plans I had to cancel. I offered to pay what was fair and this host decided to charge me for the full amount.
The guest booked a non-refundable last minute booking and never canceled his trip the car was booked the whole time with this guest. Today his trip ended and now he wants refund for the trip but I don't charge the guests it's turo and it's Turo's policy for last minute trips not mines.
No smoking allowed
