Issues with discounts and billing and they kept reverting me to Turo and Turo reverted me to them, as I was charged the exact same price two days in a row yet the discount was 20 percent higher. Also there is a rattle in the back I started hearing on day two and was told the part didn’t come in time- and I kept the car thinking that the discount was in fact going to be honored and now I have to fight it with Turo, very disappointing on the hosts end how they handled this whole situation in the end.
This review primarily reflects a disagreement with Turo’s extension pricing and billing calculations, which are controlled and displayed by Turo before an extension is accepted. We remained responsive throughout the trip and directed billing concerns to Turo support, as hosts do not control platform fees or final totals. The vehicle completed the reservation successfully and continues to be regularly serviced at authorized Porsche dealerships, confirming the vehicle contains no rattle.

Another great trip with Sloane motors. Their Macan was amazing. It was perfect for our mountainous New Hampshire trip. It handled amazing and was very comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive at all times. Would absolutely rent out with host again.
