Philip the host was great, but I was severely let down by Turo and the vehicle quality. Broke down 100 miles away from the airport, had to sit for 3 hours in 100° heat and sun and had to rebook my flight. For a rented car i would have expected a smoother experience. I will not be renting from turo again.

The front differential failed. Mechanic tells me that happened because of something catastrophic and nothing I could have known about in advance. It will return to service after repairs and in perfect working order. Thanks!
Smooth quick and easy. Booked at last minute (night before pickup) and still had no issues with coordination. Communicative and helpful host.
