Everything went well, except how the car drove. Whenever I pressed the brakes, the whole car would shake. Disappointing considering the fact that a previous reviewer from a few months ago mentioned it needed new brakes and never got fixed. Also the car needed an alignment bad as it would start going to the left if I let go of the wheel on the highway. Other than that, the car was clean, and the pickup/return process was good.
