Parked 15 minutes away and had to take a shuttle
1.Front windshield cracked across the whole windshield
2. Right tail light completed busted and not working
3. Entire back seat stained and dirty
4. No gas! Started car empty light on
I filled the tank to Full
Complaint to owner.
Promise to bring me new car
Chevy Trax (12:00pm next day)
1. Owner verifies on the way almost there every 20 minutes
Shows up at 1:20pm
2. Car is half empty in gas
3. Tire light warning is on. Tire low on air
4. Night time high beams don’t work
Very low lighting
I’m a 5.0 star client with patience but this was unacceptable

I appreciate your review, Though we wanted to cancel the reservation and updated you about everything before hand. This comes as disappointment as you asked us that you need a car urgently and cancellation wont get you a another car quick. We appreciate you review. But all of this was updated to you before we deliver the car. We have text messages sent to you that you agreed to it. The other car we provided was a courtesy because that was quickly available and again we were being honest.
