Car exterior was dirty. When breaking you could tell there was either brake pad needs to be replaced or something but you can feel a slight breaking issues. Generally Mr Nas was very polite, no issues

The car was cleaned and inspected prior to delivery, and no brake-related issues were identified during routine use or inspection. However, I take all feedback seriously and will have the vehicle checked again to ensure everything is operating as intended.

The previous guest returned the car and it required immediate maintenance. Rather than giving a vehicle that wasn’t in perfect condition, I cancelled the trip to avoid any inconvenience or safety concerns.
I always want guests to receive a fully inspected and ready vehicle, and in this situation the responsible choice was to cancel until the maintenance was completed.

This host is awesome. The car drove like a beauty, and on the freeway the car is smooth sailing. Bluetooth, multiple charger ports, tinted window ( extra plus with the Texas heat), eco friendly for the gas mileage. The host was very responsive, and able to answer/ help with anything I needed.
