Very unprofessional very rude car smelled very bad and was very dirty at pick up they did not show up till 1 hour after the car was suppose to be picked up
This trip never happened, She never even saw the car. Everything was communicated with her. She was swapped with newer car with no issues. And She went MIA went returning the car. Car had no fuel, low tire pressures in all tires and had to repo the car because she never responded or returned the car timely. We were already concerned with her previous reviews but we still accommodated her to the best of our capabilities.
