Terrible . Car was dirty old bottles in it . Car wasn’t washed or cleaned . The pictures of the car are old . The bummer is falling off . I had to cancel my car had it for hour and it was big inconvenience.
Thanks for the feedback, Tiera. We’ve taken the car offline to address the cleaning and presentation. Some aspects of the trip are being handled separately through Turo. We also wanted to mention that we communicated with you about the cleaning update. We dont goahead with anything until the guest approves.

The car was overall okay pictures did not match how the car is. Car wasn’t really clean had used gum on the center console could be better but overall it was fine for 2 Days

We also checked in on you time during the trip, but you never responded. The car was cleaned thoroughly and washed properly before delivering to you.
