This was my very first time renting through Turo, and it was quite a rollercoaster. Unfortunately, the host requested to have the vehicle returned much earlier than the time I had originally booked and paid for, which was incredibly frustrating and disruptive to my plans.
However, Turo’s customer service completely turned the situation around. The representative Justin I spoke with went above and beyond to handle the issue, making sure I was taken care of and fixing the problem immediately. Because of the outstanding customer service, I am walking away very happy. This may have been my first time using Turo, but because of how professionally the company handled everything, it definitely will not be my last!
We made multiple efforts to accommodate the guest, including offering a trip extension and directing him to Turo for assistance. Although the requested return time exceeded what we could accommodate, we still approved the extension with a 5 PM return. Additionally, routine post-trip telematics reflected speeds well above normal highway driving. We remained professional and communicative throughout the trip and always strive to balance flexibility with vehicle safety and scheduling commitments.

I’m new to Turo and everything about this was so easy. The host made the pick up so easy, communication was great. The car was awesome. Perfect for what we needed it for. Will definitely deal with this host again!!

The car was great. The house was great. Only thing is I cleaned the car a little better and did a better job than what the hosted it could have been a little more sanitized other than that. It went well thanks so much. They were so polite understanding, and anything I needed she answered and picked up. Or should I say host? Thanks again.
