Hello, thank you for your feedback, I do not agree that my performance or the cars performance really garnered a 4 star review. We provided a safe mechanically sound clean vehicle with the features advertised. You did book an suv, it is a heavier vehicle and gets 23mpg in city driving. I can’t make the car smaller or have a smaller engine, so I feel there’s nothing we could have done here to earn 5 stars Leaving less than 5 hurts host metrics, and should be reserved for when the host falls short
