I give it a 5. Communication was great, I was never left wondering what was going on or where I was going. The car was very clean, gas tank full. The car itself was a Tahoe, and I will probably never rent one again! I didn't realize how big they are! But there were plenty of other options I could have chosen. My bad! Then, I had to change the arrangements almost as soon as I picked up the car, there was no problem, not with Mark or with the company and I received my refund promptly

Overall, we weren’t thrilled with the car. The Tahoe is a police/security services package edition which means that it has far less interior space than a standard Tahoe due to the seats being raised up on a platform. There’s no room under the seats and the floor doesn’t drop so the third row doesn’t have leg room. The middle row is a bench seat and there’s a large plastic covering underneath restricting the ability to have bags on the floor to only be in the foot room area. There’s also less trunk space as a result too.
While storage was an issue for us, it’s also clear the car has been in a fairly significant wreck as the driver door doesn’t close properly, the driver side front fender is broken and the brackets are exposed. This creates a very noisy ride at highway speeds. There’s also bondo all over the driver side of the car showing the attempted repair work.
We notified mark of a mechanical issue where the car’s speedometer is not accurately reflecting current speed. At 70 mph you’re actually traveling about 77 mph. It seems as though Mark was unaware of the issue and intends to have it checked.
Overall, Mark was responsive and seemed to be a good host. We just really disliked the car itself and have had much better experiences with other Tahoe’s.

The vehicle does have a bench seat for more seating capacity which does cut down on the cargo space. And I'm not sure if you are comparing this to a Suburban or Yukon XL which is about 1 foot longer than a Tahoe. This is a regular Tahoe with the same bench seat as in any Tahoe. Sorry you were disappointed, I will get the other issues checked out.
