The rental was canceled by me on the phone with the owner 5 minutes after booking, but I am still being billed for it. Owner will not help me out by confirming with Turo that I cancelled. Enjoy your proceeds! I wasn’t even on the same island as the car. And be warned: Turo will not accept even the most clear evidence of cancellation.
Anastasia, I spoke to you the day of and told you to call Turo and cancel and I would waive any of my fees. You waited until after the reservation in which Turo declined your request. You then started calling and texting threats. I have done Turo for years and this is the only bad review I have ever had. You have taken no accountability. You booked in the with location, and I still tried to help. I’m sorry you didn’t get the same great experience all my past customers have had.
