If not for the finding the code for the lockbox and no clear directions to where the car was on the parking lot, this is an awesome car. Clean and drives great

I really can’t express how much I appreciate all of their help today. The car I originally booked was not available, but they gave me a much nicer upgrade for the same price. They were great about telling me how to get to the vehicle and it was a super nice vehicle super clean inside
I even had to change my trip a little bit because I missed the ferry and they were able to help me change the trip no problem-five stars really great service and super helpful people. I don’t think I could’ve had a better experience most companies would just cancel, I was there for work and it was very important that I got to where I was going unfortunately I’ve had turo cars be canceled in the past is they definitely went above and beyond so I highly recommend

Car was great. Hosts were an hour later and unresponsive. Kept saying it’ll be there soon, or it’ll be there in ten minutes for the hour and then went radio silent. Missed a tee time and never apologized. Person dropping car off was unapologetic, and whoever from the group was texting me about it never answered after check in.
