This was a last minute rental after Turo cancelled my other rental 5 hours before my trip. Overall nice car! Car had something sticky spilled inside of it in the backseat and on the fabric covering the sun/moon roof. There was a splatter stain on the ceiling. Car ran smooth overall with plenty of space in the trunk for luggage.. There were definitely some noises with the suspension/front wheel that were questionable on a road trip. But we made it back safe and sound. Also, remember when renting that these luxury cars need premium gas. Didn’t see that on the listing but costs at minimum $1/gallon more when factoring in gas prices!

We wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during the trip. The car is properly clean, maintained and drives smoothly. Regarding fuel, premium gas is standard for many foreign luxury vehicles, including BMW. We appreciate your business and wish you safe travels.
Didn’t have any issues with the car. Was a little smaller than what I needed but it wasn’t their fault. It was a last minute change that needed to be made. Car ran spectacular.

Car pick up was easy host communicated expeditiously but the car wasn’t clean on the outside and the vehicle also needs maintenance so my experience was a 6/10

Thank you for your feedback. We inspected the vehicle after your by driving it on the expressway and lifting it for a full inspection. No maintenance issues were found. The vehicle was clean before pickup. Unfortunately, due to severe storms, local car washes were closed, making it impossible to wash the exterior. We appreciate your feedback and will continue providing a safe and reliable vehicle.
The car was amazing clean and very luxurious and easy check in will be supporting this host again !
