Thank you so much for being so attentive and communicative. I’m truly very happy with everything. You were always so thoughtful and kept us informed, which we really appreciated. We also really enjoyed the car; everything went great, and we had no problems at all.
We hope that the next time we rent a car, we have the opportunity to rent from you again. Thank you again, and I hope you have a wonderful evening! 😊

This is not typical at all. My son was in a motorcycle accident the night before and we were unable to get the car taken care of prior to the trip start in the early morning.
