Harassed me after I returned the car about a spill. I said multiple times I did not do it and I continued to receive texts, a call and messages on Turo. Extremely unprofessional. Accidents happen but I’m an adult. If I spilled something I would’ve just said that. Learn how to do customer service or stay out of the rental business.

We strive to provide the best experience for every guest. The vehicle was returned with coffee spilled down the center console, on the mat, and soaked into the carpet, leaving a significant odor. Our texts were professional and simply asked what happened. The guest requested a photo, which we provided, then became defensive. The vehicle was also returned with 1/4 tank of fuel and will need to be professionally detailed before our next guest.
Car was great- easy to maneuver especially in traffic. Communication was very good. Recommend.
