I was wondering about the volume on radio it’s not adjustable with the knob not sure what’s happening but the car was very awesome.
It’s possible that such a glitch happens sometimes. However, you can always adjust the sound using the steering-wheel buttons, so this issue isn’t really significant.

The radio is working, and the sound can be controlled either from the touchscreen or from the steering wheel.
The small icon you saw simply means that the car is turned off but the ignition is on—this is a completely normal message from Volkswagen.
There is nothing wrong with the vehicle.
You only needed to ask me what it meant if you didn’t understand, instead of leaving us a negative review that harms our business.
