Car had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The brakes need to be replaced and during my rental time, the car required an oil change. The host asked if I can place the oil and they would reimburse me.
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and the unpleasant experience this may have caused. The maintenance reminder happened to come on during your rental period. I truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
