Benjamin was a great host! Was very efficient with response time and the process was really easy!

The car was perfect. Pickup location was great being in the airport parking lot. The host was amazing. Great communication and easily understood directions. I would definitely use Benjamin again as a TURO host.

Ben was great to work with and I’d absolutely rent from him again. Communication was clear and timely, and pickup/drop-off was simple and convenient. The Audi Q7 itself was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. It was a great fit for our road trip.
We did run into a small tire issue right after pickup that needed to be addressed, but what really stood out was how Ben handled it. He was extremely responsive, worked through options with me in real time, and made sure our plans weren’t disrupted by providing a backup vehicle and quickly resolving the situation. He even went out of his way to coordinate a vehicle swap during our trip, which I really appreciated.
Early issue aside, Ben made sure the rest of the trip went off without a hitch. Thanks again!
