This is one of several times I've rented from this host, and every experience has been excellent. The car was in great condition, and the host was friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The delivery option was a huge help and made everything very convenient. I especially appreciated the extra flexibility at the end of the trip. I highly recommend this host and look forward to renting from them again in the future.

Although the host David has been prompt and professional, the car was not in good repair, causing the wheel to shear off while driving.
Truly sorry you had a bad experience with the car. I can only say that 2 separate mechanics told me that the wheel came off because the lug bolts were broken due to a high speed impact (pot hole, object, etc.). I can't say if it was this trip or a prior trip, but I don't believe it was a maintenance issue.
