Great host and car was amazing

The car was beautiful and the host was friendly. The issue was the passenger seat smelled of cat urine. I believe that it was the previous guests, but it was overwhelming and I didn't have time to exchange vehicles. It smelled of cleaner immediately but the urine smell progressively got worse throughout the day. There was also a service light that stated it was 1300 miles past due for service, which they told me had just popped up and to ignore. These things would normally make me score lower, but she was very kind and communicative. I feel bad that the previous guest may have caused damage to their vehicle.
