Smelled like smoke, engine light was on and then the oil light came on! Turns out the oil was a quart low and the host wouldn’t answer our calls for an hour and a half. Had to call corporate to start road side assistance - then the host called to be told a tow truck was on the way. She finally called and demanded my address. I was uncomfortable in giving it to her and declined. She hung up.. Only to arrive in my driveway 20 minutes later! She was unprofessional to say the least- not one apology for the incredible inconvenience this caused! The company said they would refund my cost but so far they’ve sent me $4.68! Terrible experience from start to finish. Do not use this site

Host communication and pick-up/drop-off was very easy. Only issues were paying for all day parking for the car at pick up because the car was dropped off to early even though our delayed flight information was communicated. The car was very clean and over all in good condition. We were concerned at pick up due to a maintenance inspection light being on, but it was communicated it had just passed inspection two days prior. Only down fall with amenities of the car was that the AC did not work, unless it was on Max.
