The host swapped my original car out at the last minute. I was forced to take a vehicle I didn’t want. Then the miles changed from 900 to 600. The car they swapped me for, the seats were filthy. They gave me a newer better car but I feel like some scamming is going on. They have you select a car they know they don’t have and give you what they want to give you. Be alarm when renting from them.

They hadn’t approved my license by the time we arrived, and there was no message from them. I had to call the support number to reach him, and he was still 10 minutes away with no instructions on where we were to meet him. Very little communication on where to find things and what to do upon return. The car was not full of gas when we got it either.. The car was somewhat dirty on the outside and didn’t appear detailed on the inside.
