We chose this vehicle after our original rental fell through at the last minute, and we were initially comfortable booking it because of the good reviews.
Unfortunately, we had several issues during the rental that made us uncomfortable with the safety and overall condition of the vehicle.
All of the windows had a film on them that made it difficult to see clearly, especially while driving. We ended up having to go home and clean the windows ourselves though they did not ever get fully clear.
There were also multiple warning lights on the dashboard, including ABS, AEB, and VDS which all have to do with safety braking. We messaged the hosts about these issues the same day we picked up the car on Saturday, but did not receive a response. The only message we received from the hosts was the following Tuesday, saying they hoped we were having a good trip and offering to extend the rental.
On Wednesday, the tire pressure warning came on and the back left tire was very low. The same issue occurred again when we returned the vehicle, this time with two tires showing low pressure.
We also noticed that the vehicle’s registration/tag was expired by approximately two months. There even was a ticket from a previous rental in the glove box. The car has significant scratches and wear throughout, as well as cracks in the windshield. The fuel range/mileage also did not seem accurate.
Overall, the vehicle did not feel safe or well maintained to drive. We were able to complete our rental, but there were enough safety and maintenance concerns that we believe the vehicle needs attention before it is rented to another guest. The lack of communication after we reported the dashboard warning lights was also disappointing.

I ABSOLUTELY LUV THE VEHICLE AND RENT&RIDE LLC.... I'VE HAD THE SAME RENTAL CAR FOR ABOUT A MONTH I FELL IN LUV WITH THE CAR SO MUCH I KEPT REBOOKING/EXTENDED MY TRIP.... I'VE RENTED THE SAME VEHICLE ABOUT 3 OR 4 DIFFERENT TIMES, RENT&RIDE LLC AND THEIR VEHICLES NEVER DISAPPOINT ME, I ONLY RENT WITH RENT&RIDE LLC MOST DEFINITELY A BIG 10/10 RECOMMEND
