The entire process was great and easy. The car was perfect for our trip, and I will definitely be booking again!

If you are charging $70 for airport drop off, kindly park the vehicle closer to the terminal. We arrived after flying 14 hours to a car parked in the furthest economy lot. Traveling with a young child, this was super inconvenient *thankfully it wasnt winter*
The car had a weird smell to it. For the price, no navigation was disappointing.
Host had the car towed from airport AND asked me to pay privately for a different drop-off. Unethical!
Turo sided with host and took out $250 from my deposit. Will not be using again.
The vehicle was returned to an entirely unauthorized airport parking lot over 2 hours away from the agreed return location, without any approval. The vehicle was ultimately towed and required recovery. The $250 charge was not a “private unethical fee” — it was part of the actual recovery costs caused by the unauthorized drop-off. Turo called towing and handled your deposit, not us.
