Car was nice. Delivered to the airport, which was amazing. Be prepared to be on the hunt for charging stations that work with this vehicle. You will have to use the adapter, and even then, only the turbo charging stations work.
The only real complaint comes from a mistake I made during checkout. Had to arrange a key pick up at airport entrance which is totally on me. I immediately apologized and found a solution, explained we were traveling with 3 young kids and the travel day was chaotic, however, I was met with anger and unprofessionalism.
Still giving 4 stars because everything was pretty good. But if you make a mistake, don’t expect a professional response.

Good car but issues charging at any places other than charging stations. Couldn’t use home chargers either Tesla or with an adapter which made things more challenging: car itself is very spacious and comfortable.

Arman is a great guy! Car came ready and clean and any questions we had they were answered immediately! Gave us a little break because we were running behind due to traffic. Will definitely rent from
