The car was very clean and in great condition. Good communication from the owner before and during the trip. The only reason for a 3star rating instead of 5star is for the extra penalty invoiced for not charging the car. I tried to charge it but a thunderstorm knocked out the power at the charging station near the drop off location. The owner decided to charge me a $50.00 penalty even though I called from the location and explained the power was out and I could not charge the car. I paid the fee but thought an exception should have been made for this special circumstance. Other than that it was a good experience.
