Pickup didn’t go super smooth. Not sure if it was an error by Turo or not. Had to wait around to receive the location of the vehicle and how to access the car
Interesting. All of my cars go through a commercial professional car wash before delivery. No, they are not (Disenfected!) as to the pickup directions, not only did Turo send them approximately 1 hour before pick up time but I always send the directions via SMS and the Turo app. Just verified that I did so. The East Economy Parking lot is big, but some folks are challenged by E, W, N and South. I truly hope Jacob has a better experience next time.
