Car was dirty on the seats cup holder dashboard, hair everywhere, my kids didn't want go until i cleaned up a little

Review statements are false and where submitted in retaliation rather than on real evidence. There was a communication issue caused by outdated guest contact information. after i sent a reminder to the guest regarding updating his contact information and Turo’s additional driver policy, guest became upset and began making unsupported allegations. The vehicle was clean and had no check engine light on as falsely reported. This i can evidence by pre-trip photos and maintenance records.
The car handled and responded well. In addition, it accommodate all the passengers, but short on luggage storage space. The host provided very clear instructions regarding the pick up and drop off details.
