I am genuinely curious as to why you didn’t mention this during the trip? I have mechanics on duty 24 hours a day. They are mobile. In addition the car had an oil change and inspection the day before we delivered it. You only mentioned it when the trip was over and not even as a message to me. Further. You just say brakes? Squeaking, grinding, not stopping properly. Obviously I will have it thoroughly checked before it goes out again. I feel I give exceptional service and this one hurts.
