The vehicle ran fine. There were no vehicle issues. Ron asked me if he could drop off the vehicle the night before. It wasn't convenient for me but I was willing. I have roommates and there is no street parking. Still I was willing. Ron sent me a message direct to my phone, not on the app to ask and I said sure, just let me know when so I can let my housemates know (since the vehicle would block access). About 2 or 2 1/2 hours later, it was after 9pm and I was in bed, so I sent Ron a message to let him know I was in bed and he would need to bring the car in the morning. He brought the car anyway, saying he would be over soon after he got gas. He brought the car anyway. I didn't matter what I wanted at that point. I had to get out of bed and go outside to the car to get the keys. He said I could have left the keys in the (unlocked) vehicle overnight. When I expressed that this was not ok, he said he never gave me a time he would be over. Ron and I clearly disagree on what was said or agreed to. Instead of apologizing at the time, he did what was convenient for him. Disappointing.

It is a shame that this happened but here are the facts. When I contacted her about dropping it off early, I never indicated a time. When I was literally 3 mintues from the house which is 23+ miles from my home, and wih my pick up car also with me, she texted saying she was going to bed. It was not after 9:00 PM as she says. The photos clearsly show it was before 9:00 PM!! This was a ONE day trip which I allow, but with a chase car and gas prices, I just felt it was reasonable.
One of the best hosts in my years of renting! Vehicle is easy to pickup, and well maintained, with extras like Sun visor and charging cords. His communication is timely and accurate. High standards of customer service and professionalism.

The vehicle served us well for the week. The car was easy to find as it was parked in the perfect parking spot....front row! We had very good communication with our host, which was greatly appreciated. I'd consider reserving with Ron in the future, should the need arise to be in Phoenix again.
