First let me say Jason is a 5 star host. His communication is top tier and he could have left my children and I stranded but he didn’t, Thank God. However, the car had a radiator leak and I didn’t even drive the car for over 24 hours. I was told I would receive a refund for at least 1 day and I didn’t. It cost me $400 to rent that car. I was traveling for a state track meet for my kids and we still didn’t have transportation, not to mention we could’ve been stranded in the middle of nowhere.
