Car was perfect for our needs. Pick up was easy. Small miscommunication about drop off spot, but very much appreciated the flexibility with drop off time. Overall, would rent again!
You delayed the return of the car for 3 hours, and you were not charged any more. I clearly told you the return address, but you navigated to the wrong return location. Who will rent a car to you again for an irresponsible customer like you who gives people a 4-star rating at will?
